I placed my order and went to pick it up at the time that it was supposed to be ready. I parked in to go parking. Nobody came to... my car. I waited 10 minutes then got out and waited with other people. The chili?s girl asked if I had an order. I told her yesand my name. She never came back. The wings are good, it's the customer service that's not right. This place is inside or a part of Chili's, I Ordered a couple of... times, and both times no one came out to greet me. I just went and called while waiting outside I seen a worker look at thephone ringing and walked away, went inside and the worker I did see just disappeared with no greeting or anything. A simple hi,wouldn't kill. Had to just grab food off of the rack, with no one there it's pretty simple to take all the orders and leave lol. Don't offer curbside if that's not what you have.other than lousy workers the food was good. Read more
