First off, customer service was non existent. I told them the sandwich I wanted, no acknowledgment she heard me. Just kept doing... several other things, which is fine, probably online orders, then just walks off with still not acknowledging she heard myorder. The other girl asked me a question about my sandwich which I thought there?s no way that?s what I ordered. I saw number 5written on the bag. I mentioned nicely that?s no what I ordered. No apology. Acted like it was my fault. Took over 15 min to getmy order. As I am waiting for my food I realize they are laying dirty receipts on top of other peoples sandwiches. I stood therecringing wondering what was happening with my sandwich I could no longer see being made. Who knows where those receipts havebeen. When checking out, employees were arguing, very dysfunctional and unprofessional. I ran my card and no one said anotherword to me. Not thank you, sorry for your wait, or have a good night. I visited Jersey Mike?s on 6/18 with a mobile order for a club. When I got there it was not ready but they were about to make it... no biggie. Well they made my sandwich thanked me and on my way I went. I got home took a bit and was like something is missing.Bo bacon! What??????????I called the store and was told Yeap we RAN out of bacon. He then said I guess we could have put that onthe site. Duh you think? But I was in the store. I said I would have gotten another sandwich ????. What is a club without bacon.When I put my disappointing comments on their website. How about their district manager called me within 2 days to discuss mydisappointing experience at this store. She said and I quote ?Let me make this right as we do not want to make you unhappy withus.? I appreciated the faith that she followed up and she was understanding my point. I am definitely returning and the nexttime I will not ?assume or wait at the end of the counter? lol but I will ask about my bacon ???? ????????. I am still lovingJersey Mike?s. A nice sub shop. The meat is cut fresh. It's higher quality than Subway, but it also costs more to reflect that.
