I placed a pick up order, I got there on time and when I got there the door was locked but the two workers that were in there... looked at me while I was standing at the door waiting for a pickup. The lady finally came to the door and said they were closingearly due to no staff however there was two there. They said they would process me a refund but that?s ridiculous given I droveall the way there and it was ONE sandwich that they could have made. Their hours are until 9 pm. Very unprofessional. This location is so terribly staffed and managed. I live next door and will drive 10 minutes to a Chapel Hill location if i want... Jersey Mike?s that bad. I gave them multiple chances, but mistake after mistake. Order a Chicken Bacon Ranch, there will be nobacon or ranch. Order a Whole sub online, they will have half ready. Seriously, went in to pick up my order 25min after orderingthrough the app, get there and the guy says ?oops, we still need to make the other half?. For that matter, order online and showup at the time stated, they usually have not even started to make it and the staff will just be standing around. I have gotten acompletely different sub than ordered a couple times. I will not under any circumstance spend money at this location again. Andin turn, will spend much less money at Jersey Mike?s as a chain. Literally the worst place to go around the Southpoint Mallarea, save yourself the headache. Lady making my wife?s and I sandwiches was moving way too fast. Messed up her sandwich and mine, cashier had a nasty attitude... rushing us to figure out if we wanted drinks and chips. District mgr took over , he was helpful. But the two black girls behindthe counter kept talking smack about us thinking we can?t read lips , Surprise we can. If you can avoid coming here great , butif you can?t I hope that they are not here when you come. Read more

Jersery Mike's sandwiches are pretty good, but not cheap. This location's service is terrible. I had to wait for 15 minutes... because the employees were making online orders. Online orders are important, but there should be a protocol for handling onlineorders vs in person. Avoid this location if possible. Read more

I love this location but I really wish the owner/mgt would understand the importance of training. YOU CAN NOT SLICE MEAT WITH... YOU HAIR IN THE SLICER! I asked her to change her gloves and push backnher hair. I really wanted the sandwich.... nevermind! Dueto customer shortage they need to do better! Read more

I went here a few times and got some $20 dollar sandwiches. They're good, that's why I keep going back for more. I've been... thinking a lot about the different Jersey Mike's I've been to and there was one I went to in Raleigh or Durham that had extracrispy bacon. I feel like if the crispy bacon was an option it would optimize the experience enough to where I would buy anadditional 3-5 sandwiches per month. Maybe the crispy bacon was a mistake at that location, but it was so good on my clubsupreme that I was unwilling to share it with my family. Anyway, I love the sandwiches and last time I was here I wanted toeat my sandwich so bad that I blew the engine in my car while driving home. It had a good life, and I bounced it off the revlimiter one too many times. Life goes on, and I'll be back for more after I rebuild my engine. Edit: I think this is where Igot that bacon that was extra crispy. This is the location that did that. I ordered a sandwich without onions and jalapeno on white bread. They made me the complete opposite. I had wheat bread, it did... not come with the mushrooms and peppers that was supposed to be on the sandwich. I called and spoke to Toni and all she couldsay was we can remake it or refund your money. Seems to me with the cost of gas and my time I should had been offered a refundand another sandwich. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I then asked for the General manager and sheclaimed to be that person as well. No apology was offered and the nonchalant response and tone was unacceptable. A simple," Iapologize for the mistake" may have helped the situation just a little.
