I am a regular here and only go to this Jimmy John?s location in Durham because the customer service is SO GOOD! always freaky... fast! The beach club is my favorite. When Bailey makes my subs she always asks if I have any preferences and asks me how I wantmy sub cut which makes the experience 5 stars easily! employee Corbin is very friendly and always asks about my day! I ordered a #12. Which is my favorite from Jimmy John?s. I order this a lot. That?s a beach sandwhich with turkey and avocado.... The guy who made my sandwich, he cut the bread and then dug all of the soft bread from the inside top layer of the bread. Ithought that was gross, rude, disgusting. Who wants to BUY a sandwich to only eat the shell of the bread??? I asked for a refundand will never go to that location again. The finished sandwich was sooo skinny and yuck!!! Jimmy Johns really does a great jobof promoting the smell of their bread and to see most of your bread being dug out of your sandwich is a no no!! I?m with thislocation. Read more
The sub was great, as always; however, the customer standing in line in front of me was not wearing a mask even with two posted... signs that I observed.
