Ordered from the app and when we went to go pick up, the store was closed! App and online both had the store open but a little... piece of paper said they wouldn?t be open until tomorrow. Read more

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called in an order and asked for the young man on the phone to repeat the... order back to me, because the total didn?t seem right for what I ordered. He handed the phone to another young man, and thisindividual was the person that was extremely rude. They hung up on me. When I called back, he re-entered the order correctly andthe price was correct. I will never order from this location due to the behavior of their unprofessional staff. Read more

Ordered through the online portal at 6:30pm?Was scheduled for a pick up time between 7:09-7:14pm?I arrived at 7:30pm and my... order was NOT ready!! Come to find out they my order was not even made!!???????? Not extremely happy because when I went in toget the status of my order there 3 guys in the back that was playing around with a front store full of people. No idea what isgoing on!!? Not much to say about this place that hasn't been said already in a recent 1-start review. But, I placed my order on the app,... thinking that the less I had to interact with the staff there, the better. Order pizza, they'll put it in that tower thing, Iget it, and leave. Easy peasy, right? Instead, I order, get a message saying my order is ready but can't be put in the towerso go talk to someone. I talked to the cashier and she directed me to an employee standing near the tower. I tried to give hermy order number, but she talked over me and said "No, what did you order?", as if my order number were the most meaninglessthing in the world. When I told her, she immediately threw her hands in the air, and began to turn away from me, while tellingme they don't carry that product anymore and I'd have to "go online" to figure out how to get a refund. I had no clue what washappening, but as I began asking for info, her voice raised to me and other employees began chiming in and escalating thesituation. Honestly, if they had said "Hey, man, we're sorry - the owner was supposed to get that removed from the system, butunfortunately we can't make that", I'd have been like "damn, well, that sucks, but I know it's not your fault. Give me ahot-n-ready instead". But, instead, they painted the picture that I'd done wrong and they couldn't be bothered to assist me inany way. Within 60 seconds of approaching the tower girl, I realized that this was going to spin out of control, so I left,with nothing in my hands, even though I paid for it. The only "apology" I got was from, I believe, the manager as I wasexiting, who gave me a sarcastic "sorry sir, have a nice day" as I left. Completely insane. Now, I have called 3 times askingfor the owner's info, and have been assured someone would return my call, but no one has. Read more

Just had an incident with this place last week because they refuse to make me fresh wings they kept trying to give me old ones... including the manager he never wanted to come resolve the matter until I kept demanding my money back and still insisted to tryand still tried to talk me into getting the wings. They don?t want to answer the phone and seem like they don?t want to work.They are very immature and it starts with the Caucasian manager with glasses and he?s young and don?t care let the employees dowhat they want to do. No type of structure and Authority. Absolute worst place ever. District manager should really Monitor thecameras on their employees. Read more
