10/10 for service. We sat at the bar and Willy was absolutely fantastic. We watched this guy do EVERYTHING. Making drinks,... attending to customers, taking orders, making coffee, taking drinks to tables, literally doing it all. He was definitely doing a4 person job. Very commendable on his part and we appreciated him as our server! The food however was pretty subpar. My saladhad way too much dressing on it. Was drowning in it. The mozzarella appetizer was just ok. Did not taste that fresh. Lasagna4/10. The beef had a odd taste to it. Like it wasn’t fresh and definitely tasted frozen. The beef medallions were recommendedto me by Willy. It was definitely the best out of everything. There were two pieces of beef and one was very rare, and the otherwas well done. I wanted to tell our server but he seemed way too busy to interrupt. The mushrooms and mashed potatoes with gravywere very good. Overall, I probably wouldn’t go back for food, but wanted to give Willy the recognition he deserves! Read more

I’ve been wanting to try Maggiano’s for so long and finally we got to do so with some great friends for lunch. The... restaurant is classic Italian decor. The service was impeccable. Our server Asia was the absolute best. Cocktails at lunch? Yes,please! They were delicious and strong. Our entrées were perfection. We really liked eating at Maggiano's in Durham NC! The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes for the price and our... server Chelsea was awesome. We ordered the Garlic Bread, Chicken Alfredo, and Baked Ziti. Dessert was the Apple Crostada. We didthe Meal for 2, which seemed a really nice deal. The most important question: did either of us yummy giggle? I actually didhave a small giggle! The sauce and the chicken in my Alfredo were DELICIOUS! Rating: ????? (fantastic) Cost: $25each Kid-friendly: Italian food is usually kid friendly Onto the review! Our meal started with complimentary and VERY yummyfresh bread slices, which Chelsea knew to not being more since we had ordered garlic bread. While the GB had more melted cheesethan I cared for, I loved the flavor of it! And it looked fabulous! Jason ordered the Baked Ziti. It could have used a littlemore baking, but otherwise it was really good! He also would have liked a spicy sausage instead of plain, but he still enjoyedeating it (and the leftovers!) My Chicken Alfredo was honestly the best I have ever had. The sauce alone was so good. Thechicken was tender and seasoned throughout. Yummy! The Apple Costrada was a delicious apple pie-like dessert. We had to take itto go (running late to the movie) but baking in the oven didn't ruin it at all. Which, side note, the leftover boxes forMaggiano's are awesome! The best Italian family style restaurant. Forget those other guys like Olive Garden and their TV dinners!!! YOU HAVE to try. ... The ambiance is cheerful and the waitstaff is attentive. By the way don't forget to be appreciative of those whom wait on us. Our service staff are needed and valuable. I would eat here often and wish Raleigh had one. Eat, live, laugh & ENJOY!!!! Read more
Me and hubby came for our 10 year anniversary;we always spend it at Maggianos , but in Atlanta . We went during lunch and... ordered off the dinner menu. Greg is absolutely amazing ! If you want a great server ask for him. Not only did he give a greatred wine suggestion but also surprised us with dessert at the end of dinner. His over all energy was great , even though he hadother parties he made sure we had a great time. We will definitely be back! Read more
