McDonald's is my favorite fast food, very convenient to drive through and pick up.
Staff keeps changing and it's rather apparent they're just there to give you your food. Not disrespectful but not necessarily... inviting either. That said, food quality has been what I expect; it's McDonalds. Go late to get freshly made burgers. Read more
Bobby, the store manager at this location, made a small gesture that meant a lot to us. We went to the drive-thru at 10 pm to... get some ice cream, and found ourselves in a really long line. He happened to come outside and we asked him if the ice creammachine was on (sometimes fast food places shut them down towards the end of a shift). He said yes, and asked, "Is that all youwant?" Then he took our order to get us on our way! He didn't have to do that. He was so nice about it too. It really madeour night. Thanks Bobby! You deserve a raise!! Read more
Horrible experience! The night crew pretty much robbed me of my money lastnight. I put In a mobile order to be picked up from... the inside. When I got there to pick up my order the doors were locked. I could see the employees on the inside working. Icalled the restaurant's number all it did was ring and ring no one would answer. So I get in the Drive-Thru line and which washorribly long hence why the reason I chose to go inside to pick it up. Waited 2 hours finally get to the speaker at this point Ihave lost my mobile order number the employees proceeded to tell me that they don't see my order I pulled it a window speak tothe manager on duty show him my card transactions where I paid $9 and some change from McDonald's for my meal at 9:00. I must say, I've had some bad experiences at some fast food restaurants before and this is probably definitely top five. the... service wasn't bad it was actually pretty good but because I actually asked for my food to be cooked fresh I got it that way. Itwas rare. Brown on the outside pink in the middle. All the way pink in the middle. I went back today to get a refund and a giftcard but they told me they don't even do refunds in store anymore. I emailed the corporate office a few days ago and stillhaven't gotten a response back. Read more
A playground for the kids!!!! Unfortunately the drink fountain machine is behind the counter. However, the food is consistent... as the McDonald's legendary taste. This restaurant has an outdoor monster playground that the kids see from the highway and goabsolutely nuts over! Treat your kids, take them for fun and food! Read more
