We went there at 5:40PM for dinner and the doors were LOCKED! Drive through ONLY with employees standing around as only ONE car... in the drive through. SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS when one can't DECENT service at a @McDonalds. Shameful!!! #McDonalds Corporate Read more
It's open for dine in which is a pleasant change in this post COVID pandemic world. Their tea tasted fresh not soured like most... other McDonald's do. All my food was fresh and hot. The main negative is the parking lot. There are no parking spots that aredirectly attached to the building which is not great when you have small kids that have to cross busy parking lot to get to thedoor. Read more
On door, sign states dinning hours is until 10pm. I just went there a couple of minutes ago, 6:37pm to be exact, and was told... drive thru by someone doing hand signals in round circle, as 2 teenagers where playing around inside, throwing stuff at eachother. Person open the door and said drive thru only. I informed such person door states dining open til 10, need to get yoursigns fixed, he had smart comments. The fast food scene in Durham is very hit-or-miss. No matter where you go, population density and staff turnover make ordering... food a dice roll. My experience at this McDonalds wasn't anything special, nothing above or beyond, but they deserve 5 starsfor consistently having quick service and always packing my orders correctly. Properly-functioning fast food establishments arerare in this area, so this team deserves some recognition for their reliability. Read more
Absolutely DISGUSTED. Bit into my burger and saw nothing but raw pink meat. Appetite disappeared. Despite having it delivered I... went to the store to get it addressed, and the customer service was HORRIBLE. NO apology, no regrets over it. A nonchalant,couldn't care less attitude. Terrible. Got a Big Breakfast for my mother via the drive-thru, so I didn?t go in. The menus are computerized now, so that makes it easy... to review your order. The food came in a decent amount of time. Read more
