Waited in drive thru to be told mobile orders only. Asked if inside is open they said yes, and I'm glad they did because I... didn't want food from here after I went in. The drink area was filthy and the floor around it was sticky. There was trash ontables and the floor. What I could see behind the counter wasn't much better. I'll never come here again, it's always gross. It's a shame because this is my local McDonald's but I'd rather go up to the one at Brier Creek and drive further for a betterexperience. Read more

Every single time Ive been here I ask for fries no salt. Every single time they carelessly still put salt on them. This time I... went inside and asked and they again had a plethora of salt on them. My child doesnt like. I brought them back up to the counterand the lady proceeded to argue with me that there was no salt on the fries. ???? they think because they didn't pour extrasalt over them that means no salt. Other McDonald's easily give us a fry with no salt no problem. Not this 1. They also donteven have trays for when your dining in. The manager Said "We don't use those anymore. Slow drive thru with only a few cars ahead of me and 2 out of 3 staff were very to the point. Not necessarily a bad thing but... didn't come off as friendly. Food was what you expect. The building seemed to need some work as well. Read more

They gave me the wrong sandwich. So I warned them that it was a mistake in the receipt. So they corrected the sandwich and did... not give me the difference in money, even though it was their mistake in the first place. So I came back to take my money. Shelied to me and said it was the same price. Read more

The food is good as far as McDonald's goes, but the last time I went they were understaffed and weren't accepting dine-in... orders. They would let you place a mobile order and pick it up inside and eat, but the tables weren't clean it was pretty dirty.Again this was just due to staffing issues that everyone seems to be having right now really ever since COVID hit. My friends and I went to get breakfast on our break at 6am and we only had 30 minutes. So it was helpful the staff at this store... were super quick to get our orders ready. We were all happy. Thank you! Read more

A poorly managed experience at this location. After I placed my order at the drive-thru (a $3 order), their network went down... and they were unable to see orders/take payments/etc. Instead of allowing me to pay the cash (which I offered) and even justgiving me the $3 of food for the 10 minutes I spent waiting at the window while they tried to resolve the issue, they said theycouldn?t do anything and didn?t let me get the food. Poorly managed from a customer experience perspective. Do better. Read more
