Horrible! Horrible! Took over 30 minutes to get a simple breakfast order! I will never return to this location. They've been... slow in the past but this was absolutely unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if I could. Makes no sense.... Several othercustomers standing around complaining and returning incorrect orders. Read more

The staff is pretty good here. But I always check my order after getting it to make sure nothing was forgotten. Food is... generally good. Anytime my order is wrong they quickly make it right. Read more

Wasn't served. Drive-thru 15 minutes there before time to end breakfast no breakfast. A better end of this would have been I... stayed in bed and didn't bother. Now boycotting all McDonald's. You Guys should get your act together. I really didn't need tofeel anger on my Sunday breakfast just looking for a sausage biscuit. Read more

Did a BOGO of a McDouble and NC Chicken with fries and an unseat tea. Food was better than normal(actually hot and not just... warm) but service was not the greatest. Ordered on app and dined in. Didn't have the splenda I requested when they gave me myorder and when I want to get a refill, had to speak loudly to get any employees attention after waiting almost a minute at thecounter for acknowledgement I was standing there. If I could give it negative stars I would. This McDonalds has pretty much SUCKED since they open. It shouldn't take almost an... hour for a 2 item mobile app order to get. After waiting 15 minutes in curbside, I decide to call the store, phone is off thehook, busy, busy, busy... several calls. Then 20 minutes after I get there, I get a text saying "Thank you for your order!" Sonow I can't cancel it. Then I go to the drive thru and wait another at least 10 minutes just to get to the order speaker.... andat first can't find it! They are slow AF! They have employees that act like they could care less to have a job!!! I WON'T GOBACK!!! Read more

Food was good. But management needs to do better. Not as clean as it should be. They sprayed the table down, but then left... them wet the whole 30 minutes I was sitting there. Then one of the managers yet to another manager across counter that she wasgoing to restroom. But worst of all. There was a lady who was offering her services for money. Read more

Ordered via the mobile app and waited 22 minutes to be told the person taking orders at the drive through should have asked for... my order number. Then waited another 10 minutes and was rudely handed my food with a nasty look. No apology was given for theirmistake. Bag and fries were covered in grease. ?Large? fry was barely filled up. After all that they didn?t give me the nuggetsfor my order-smh. I?m not even going to bother call for a refund bc I?ve already wasted enough time and money at this place.
