Great bubble tea! This is the second milklab location in Durham, inside the Southpoint mall by the escalators near the food... court. The prices are similar to the other milklab and the drinks were tasty. Ordered Uji Matcha Latte and it was good.Alternative milk substitute is free (oat, soy, almond milk options). The hilariously mean cashier who took my order was super rude and gave me the wrong drink. Super condescending and got treated... like sentient dog waste. Only gripe is that Google Maps shows you this location in the mall when looking for Milklab Southpoint. There is another milklab... across the highway. My friend and I had some confusion figuring out why the other person said they were here but didn't see themanywhere. Drinks are delicious. I have become a fan of their milk tops. Boba is perfectly soft and drinks are perfectly mildlysweet. Read more

This is definitely my favorite bubble tea place! Ordered the Taro milk tea latte and the cocomelon! It is delicious! The... location in southpoint does not serve their roll up ice cream, only bubble tea. If you want to try their ice cream, they have 3other locations in the triangle area. Read more
