Absolutely horrible. Had gone to the one in downtown Durham last went. 1st time at Moes.my order was A-100%. Today went to this... Moes. Said put chicken in the bowl I ordered but I counted 4 pieces & beans hard. I dumped in my garbage disposal. Go toBlackwell St. It?s the BEST one. I did one star because parking was good. Read more
I had an incredible experience here! Most Moe?s locations I go to, the employees are energetic, polite, and make my experience... that much better, but this one takes the cake! Martell was hands down the most fun, joyful, polite and energetic employee I?veseen at a location, period. Give that man a raise if you haven?t already- the customers notice that stuff and I wanted to typethis out to make sure you knew about it. Rude and no service. I walked in 15min before closing and was greeted with a "WE'RE CLOSED!" All while other customers were... inside dining. Never going back to this location or Moe's again. Read more
So basically if you are a man of color you dont get the greeting that they are known for. Also check your chips before you leave... because looks like you will be given stale soft chips. Have to find another location. Read more
Stopped in for a quick dinner while traveling. Was never at one prior to this. I ordered a vegetarian bowl. It's similar to a... Chipotle except there was no charge for the guacamole I got in my bowl and chips came free on the tray. There's a salsa bar, topick what you'd like. Staff was friendly and the line moved fast. We visited Moe?s tonight and our day is better because of it. Martel, one of staff members, had the most upbeat and positive... attitudes that we?ve experienced at a restaurant.
