I just went to this PFC in Durham, visiting from Olive Branch, MS. The To Go girl helped me order as this was my 3rd time at... PFC. She suggested the ginger chicken with broccoli. I ordered that, the Brussels sprouts app and the dynamite shrimp. HANDS DOWN THE BEST CHICKEN DISH IVE EVER HAD. And the Brussels sprouts were the very very best I've ever eaten! I came in after a long week and enjoyed dining with my server/bartender Cristalyn. She was attentive, gave me tips on food... choices, informed me about the surrounding shops and what I could enjoy after dining. We decided to take a short drive to Durham to have P.F. Chang’s. Service was top notch from hostess to waiter and from start... to finish. The food was presented well. The food that we received was good, and in a timely manner. I do have to mention that the food is higher priced due to paying... for the atmosphere.
