I just went to this PFC in Durham, visiting from Olive Branch, MS. The To Go girl helped me order as this was my 3rd time at... PFC. She suggested the ginger chicken with broccoli. I ordered that, the Brussels sprouts app and the dynamite shrimp. HANDS DOWN THE BEST CHICKEN DISH IVE EVER HAD. And the Brussels sprouts were the very very best I've ever eaten! I came in after a long week and enjoyed dining with my server/bartender Cristalyn. She was attentive, gave me tips on food... choices, informed me about the surrounding shops and what I could enjoy after dining. We decided to take a short drive to Durham to have P.F. Chang’s. Service was top notch from hostess to waiter and from start... to finish. The food was presented well. When I dine here, I usually sit at the bar when I go so that I can enjoy some time in solitude but also be open to making some... social connections, which works out very well for me. If you are like me and are on the more cautious side with the pandemic interms of being physically close to others with or without a mask on, I would recommend that you go here earlier in the day. Thebar and restaurant can get pretty packed as it gets later in the evening. I didn't have to wait long for my food to come out,which was another plus for my experience. For my starters, I ordered the crab wontons, which has the most amazing tastingdipping sauce! I also ordered the vegetable spring rolls, which you can't go wrong with. I had the crispy honey shrimp as myentree, which is one of my favorite entrees on the menu. If I am in the mood for spirits, I almost always order the hot sake,which is so comforting! The food that we received was good, and in a timely manner. I do have to mention that the food is higher priced due to paying... for the atmosphere. The same quality, if not better can be had at a privately owned mom and pop location without the extra cost.Basically put, it wasn't the best food by far that I've ever had, but it was okay. Read more
