I found this restaurant on Google maps as soon as I landed in Durham coming from California! I saw the grilled salmon on the... menu but I was craving for potatoes. There was a line outside prior to opening, which proved to be a sign of a great place. The barstaff were helpful and friendly.... The food was excellent and came out fast. There's a nice selection of beers on tap as well. Read more

Very clean and friendly restaurant. Sat at bar for dinner. Drink was very nice. Ordered spinach salad and crab cake special. I... had two bites into my spinach salad and the crab cakes were delivered. Not much time to enjoy a nice salad but nonetheless. Thecrab cakes were borderline hot and I had a hard time finding crab in them. 90% filling. I was bummed as this restaurant hadmajor potential of a steady restaurant for my travels to Raleigh area. Place gets super busy fast so get here right at 1130! Good food, big portions.. i got a small salad which was great for lunch.... Not cheap but worth the price. No complaints! Read more

Stopped here yesterday for lunch because the place we originally planned to go to was close. Well we lucked out! The staff was... friendly. We were seated quickly and offered drinks. I loved their beer selection. After craving a salad, I was able to trytheir Grain Salad with Salmon. It was fantastic! My boyfriend had the arugula salad with crab cakes. Umm, drop down amazing aswell! We finished the meal with a brownie and it made my day. So happy we tried this place. We will be back! Read more
The place is nice, well put together. The food is great, my only hang up was the pulled pork sandwich. The sauce was lacking.... I'm from Eastern Coastal Carolina, and I had to explain to my New Yorker friend why the slaw is on top. It's to clean up thespicy east Carolinian sauce that's on the pork. Give it a nice sweet and cool to all the spice. The restaurant is amazing and Idon't wanna take away from how amazing the food and service is; i just figured I'd give my honest opinion.
