I order my lunch through the Panera app, they use door dash for their deliveries. I work ACROSS the street, got a notification... saying my order was delivered but obviously was no where to be found. I have been calling for the last hour and a half and haveyet to get someone on the phone to resolve the issue. This isn?t my first issue with them but it will be my last. I do notrecommend this place, for a salad and a smoothie it costed me $30 quite expensive for such poor service. The young Lady at the register who took was very careful to place our order PERFECTLY. The person(s) who prepared our grilled... cheese and turkey did a GREAT JOB making both sandwiches not only LOOK GOOD but also TASTE DELICIOUS; and our favorite soup[French Onion] always meets our expectations. Last but not least, we observed the person cleaning the tables in the Dining areaeven wiped off the spill left on the legs under a nearby table! ... The foods ok but it cost you just as much as sitting down at regular restaurant to eat. But a least the food was good. It's good... if your hungry and want a small bite. Read more
Some of the food we got was poorly made. Avocado was in two huge chunks, too much mayonnaise, and bacon was missing from the... BLT. I threw my sandwich away as it looked disgusting. Read more
Good location but it was slow (25 min) due to staff shortage or management ? I asked repeatedly and they just gave our money... back no explanation or apology. After the frustration, we took the refund ( no apology) and went somewhere else. Read more
Going to Panera is always great because the food is good and you never quite now what meal your getting. Sure it?s going to be... roughly the same as the thing you ordered but the fun mystery is trying to figure out what will be different! Are they going toforget the sauce this time? Give me a different side? Not include my cookie or drink or give me a different cookie than Iordered? Will the chicken be a different type? Good location for us - my mall shopping turns into bagel break. Staff is always helpful. The only downvote is one of their... electronic order online machines never works I?ve finally given up and just go directly to the register to place my order. Read more
Not good..one of the workers got my order wrong,I order the sandwich fest and gave me 1 sandwich when I ordered 3 of them,and... one of the costumer?s were arguing with the worker because she could not her order right also,the costumer kept saying sorrybecause the lady kept getting her order wrong.
