We were staying at a hotel nearby and wanted some good tea and coffee. We came across this gem near the baseball park. It is a... gift shop and a pastry/lunch/coffee shop all in one. Very cool spot. They had great prices and even better drinks. Go here. Read more

Good sandwich place with a lot of interesting things to see. Someone suggested that it was like a Cracker Barrel with the food... and a shop. I think that is where the similarity ends because the shop part has a lot more interesting and better quality thingsin it. The food is better and the shop cleaner than any Cracker Barrel I have seen. A little shop of curiosities, now with takeout food. I've tried the blt and the shrimp blt. Yum. Sandwiches are fresh, bread is... toothy, and I was full after one sandwich (it is large). Read more

The whole shop is gorgeous, great for little gifts. And their deli is delicious. The pimento cheese sandwich is definitely worth... the trip out! Read more

Beautiful gift shop with cute stationery and best tea. The Earl grey and Ceylon tea was surprisingly good and was very aromatic.... Wish there were more NC based gift souvenirs and items. Read more

New Location in America Tobacco. They did a great job in making this place their own. Sandwich shop coming soon. Lots of unique... books and gift items. Time to buy some stuff. And don't forget the wine. They have a decent wine section also. Read more

I visited on a Friday afternoon for lunch. This place is super cute. We were easily able to park in their parking lot located... directly in front of the restaurant. I ordered the green goddess tuna sandwich at one kiosk and by the time I ordered my soychai at another station my sandwich was finished. Easy to find seating outside under the covered porch. The aesthetic is supercool, it?s a renovated warehouse area so it?s filled with old rustic charm. Inside there are so many cute things to look at,from stationary and cards to cool books and children?s toys. I would recommend visiting. The food was good, the service wasfriendly and quick. My wife and I love this place. We bring out of town guests here for the relaxed atmosphere. The food is easy going but done... right. We ask for lightly toasted on toasted sandwiches as occasionally they get carried away with the toasting. Watch out forthe birds they are waiting for you to turn your head and they are brave. Overall a wonderful place to eat and enjoy downtownDurham. Read more
