I gave 1 star, only because I couldn't put 0. I ordered a special. I was told it would take a half hour. It took 1 & 1/2 hours.... When I called after an hour, she was rude &then they said they'd put me through to someone who could help me better. Apparentlyit was the driver. They asked me my address, for the 3rd time, & they were at a different address. When I corrected her shesaid, "oh, I got it" then hung up at me. 30 min later, my order was delivered. The wings were over cooked & the pizza was raw!The only thing edible was the cheese sticks. I will never order from this place again. Save your money & go to one of the manyother pizza places. I called to see where my order was and was told there were no drivers so they had to have my food delivered by door dash. The... person on the phone spoke incoherently and hung up when I said "Hmmm. Ok?" As I was ridiculously confused as to how you couldtake delivery orders with no delivery drivers. 45 minutes past my delivery time, my food finally shows up but, without the $32-Liter soda I ordered... love the pizza and the folks there are nice, cool under pressure, and always ready to help. I know customers can be a bit much... since they think they are always right but when someone works somewhere, they are usually an expert at what they do! Read more

The Pizza Inn is an established pizza house witch offer a variety of pizza and a salad bar and drinks Being a Senior I enjoy... the fact that they have a discount on Wednesday all day the staff is friendly and courtesy. Ordered online. Tracker said making order now, 25-35 min. 90 minutes later, no show, won't pick up the phone at all now. The few... times they answered, they put me on hold, never picked back up. I only asked the status of my order, I was polite, and friendly.Have tried for 40 minutes to reach them because I didnt want to just ditch on the order if they still came.... so I guess myfood isn't coming and the courtesy at least talking to me to tell me would have been nice. Ordered at 5:05 pm and it's now6:44. Will never use this Pizza Hut on Guess Rd, Durham NC again. Read more

The pizza was hot (2 stars for the temp) but I was missing my chicken. They never made it and wanted me to wait 25 minutes for... another order. The pizza lacked flavor. This is my 3rd time ordering from them and their pizza is always over cooked. Marinarasauce for breadsticks was tasteless. Disappointed. Read more

Honestly, I don?t really think anyone including the mangers have any customer service experience. I ordered for delivery cause... my car broke down so I could not make it in but I really wanted some Pizza Hut and it takes them 1hr and 40 mins to deliver myfood .. I called 10 times trying to ask where my stuff was. After they deliver I my pizza was stone cold and I was missing anitem .. I was so angry so I called and I said hey I just want a refund and she said well you have to call in the morning becausethe manger here doesn?t know how to do that. Great so I call again next morning and I?m told that they can only refund the partthat was missing I said my pizza was stone cold and I waited almost 2 hours and I can?t get at least half a refund and shestarted to get an attitude with me because I was asking for a refund .
