This sheetz needs some attention with the drink fountains keep them clean. And the trash needs to be taken out instead of... overflowing. And this was at every pump today. We travel quite a bit and always look for Sheetz stores since they are known for selection and cleanliness. Not this one! Not... only was the parking lot littered with trash but the inside of the store was the same. Both the mens and woman?s bathrooms wereutterly disgusting and the worst we have seen. I will spare the details. No way would I consider buying food in this one andhonestly, the health department maybe should take a look at it. Read more

3 star is simply due to being held at the same standard as other locations. No indoor seating for the made to order food, and... poorly maintained outdoor seating. I?d personally go to another location. Read more
The store was in rough shape when I visited. There was an obvious shortage of personnel and the team was doing their best to... keep things running. Opted not to order food since they were understaffed. Diesel fuel price was a few cents below nearbystores. Read more
Sheetz is always a good place for a quick affordable lunch. They are friendly and pretty much always get the order right. All... the fountain drinks are the same price so you can get a really big one for a bargain. They have pretty good shakes to go alongwith your meal at a reasonable price. With friendly staff, affordable food and free air for your tires how can you go wrong.Also everyone was wearing a mask so that was good to see! Read more
Where do I start? First off the customer service was awful on Saturday November 26 when I ordered food and 2 made to order... drinks, I ordered at 10:49am, the food was ready at 10:57am but drinks had not been started so I proceeded to ask if our drinkswould be made and was told as soon as they finished with the food orders, mind you we already had our food. So I had to wait forthem to get other orders completed before I could get the rest of my order. After waiting a few more minutes, I decided tocancel my drinks and went back to the lady who was fixing the food to ask for a manager, she said she was the manager, I toldher I just wanted to cancel my drinks, then she asked the cashier to give me a refund , the cashier struggled to figure out howto give a refund, she then just added the 2 drinks up and gave me my money, I asked her did she include the tax, she responsewas I dobt know about no tax, and proceeded to give me my cash. Not one time did anyone apologize for the long wait,inconvenience. I understand being short of staff but customer service is still customer service. Very disappointing as this isnot the first time I've had a problem in this store. Read more
