Staff is very rude. I went to pick up a order and there was an item the customer ordered that was missing and I showed the... employees what the order was and they didn't care in the slightest. The Latino male with long hair didn't even speak he justturned his screen around to show what it said on their end and the African American bigger lady was very rude and said oh wellthe customer will have to re order the item if she wants it. The customer paid for it but they still refused to give it to thecustomer. They were both very rude and should think of another profession since they don't know how to speak to people properly.They are definitely not the type of people you need working in a restaurant or customer service type of industry. Absolutely love this Smashburger location! Picked up some food with my mom last week, and the staff were super friendly. There... was a bit of a mix-up and a staff member quickly notified us of the mistake and corrected us before we left with an incorrectorder. Outstanding customer service, and wonderful food.
