Told ketan or whatever her name is that we wanted meals Barely would... take our order and tried to argue with me and my technician that we didn't order meals. Staff is very rude. I went to pick up a order and there was an item the customer ordered that was missing and I showed the... employees what the order was and they didn't care in the slightest. The Latino male with long hair didn't even speak he justturned his screen around to show what it said on their end and the African American bigger lady was very rude and said oh wellthe customer will have to re order the item if she wants it. The customer paid for it but they still refused to give it to thecustomer. They were both very rude and should think of another profession since they don't know how to speak to people properly.They are definitely not the type of people you need working in a restaurant or customer service type of industry. Absolutely love this Smashburger location! Picked up some food with my mom last week, and the staff were super friendly. There... was a bit of a mix-up and a staff member quickly notified us of the mistake and corrected us before we left with an incorrectorder. Outstanding customer service, and wonderful food. Will continue coming here for awesome burgers! Read more
Well I will tell you. When I first walked up to this burger place I expected a Freddy's. We have a phrase where I am and they... have the squish the burgers and make the edges crisps thing and it was okay but man they were just clowns amateurs compared tothis I was not expecting the deliciousness in the burger, I was not expecting to taste the the beauty of the oils of the graceof the burger itself the deliciousness of it oh man and combined with the crispy edges of the burger patties, man it wasfantastic. Not too much more than what you expect especially with inflation, but definitely worth it you'll love this place ifyou try it once. You've been Smashed!!!!! I love this place. Great food and shakes. The location is down the street from Duke Hospital and is... surround by apartments and condos. And if you a picky eater, their burgers ,etc. is customizable all the way down to the bun andcheese. Read more
Nice decor and vibe. The burgers are awesome they are a good size and price. I got the classic double burger and a side of sweet... potato fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and my fries were crispy. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Will be back! Read more
Hamburgers are great and hot. Been to this location 4 times in the last 4 years and every time my experience has been great.... Customer service is ok. The only thing this place lacks is the up beat an atmosphere. Read more
