I work at another starbucks but i stop at this one when i?m in durham. They always get my orders right, and are friendly even... when it?s busy. I?ve never had to wait too long in the drive thru. One of my fav locations. Read more

Super organized on the drive thru. Had my dog with me and I needed a water for her. Gave me just the right amount of ice. My... iced latte and breakfast sandwich were equally just cold enough and warm enough. My doggo also enjoyed the bacon from mysandwich. Read more

For as busy as they are they move pretty quick. They've never messed up one of my orders. I hate their parking lot with the fury... of ten thousand suns because it's w easy to get stuck there for an snnoying amount of time. Not really Starbucks fault, theydidn't build the place, but consumers will want to keep an eye on it. My advice is to park in the mall parking lot and walkdown rather than parking in the lot of you're consuming your beverages at the location. Read more

Recently, I ordered a cup of black tea and an egg bite. It was not crowded at the Quess Rd store in Durham at 8:00 am. There... were also around 6 people working behind the counter. I had 30 minutes before I had to leave for a meeting to enjoy my tea andegg bite. We walked straight to the cashier and ordered there was no line. I then noticed there were around 6 people waitingfor orders inside. This process was going slowly. After 15-20 minutes when I had not received my order, I went to check on it.It was not made yet. All the online and drive through orders were taking priority. They need to have some staff taking care ofcustomers right in of them in the store. By the time I received my orders, I had five minutes before I needed to leave. Read more

Overall, people are friendly, sometimes veryyyyyy slow to get your order but it is also very busy. My biggest issue with this... location is its cleanliness. Outside of the store & parking lot looks poorly maintained, not a good look. Inside the store thereare often flies, straws and receipts on the floor, and the mobile order pickup station is often dirty and wet. Kind of a turnoff when you breakfast sandwich is wet from being put into a puddle on the counter. If I?m paying over $10 for a coffee andsandwich I would at least expect the store to be a little bit neater or cleaner. Read more
