If you actually like coffee and have things to add to your coffee DONT GO HERE! They are rude and unorganized and don't care!!!... They gave me milk when I asked for coconut milk and allergic and today watched them make my drink twice and still messed it upand when I proceeded to cancel my order the lady was not trying to hear my complain and the some dude had the nerve to walk upto her and asked if she was OK, wonder why maybe because I was black with complaints Read more
I was recommended oat milk because the guy said it was non dairy. Due to me being lactose intolerant. My drink was not double... blended and had too much ice. Also barely any flavor to it as well as I asked for no whip and it looked like they had scraped itoff instead of remaking my drink. It was by far the worst drink I've had there. Read more
The Starbucks on guess rd.in Durham is not very friendly, I ordered an iced doppio espresso grande, with coconut milk, and I... asked for a little bit more milk, and she had a fit, she didn't want to give another drop of milk, I told her the coffee was toostrong, but she would not give it to me, and I go there all the time. I don't know about going there anymore, I've spent a lotof money at Starbucks abd to ask for a little more milk, she wasn't nice at all, this has happened there about 3 times. Shewasn't nice at all. Starbucks on Roxboro Rd always delivers on delicious drinks and incredible customer service!! This morning I tried the new BTS... Frappuccino and it was a hit!
