Well occasionally they don't have the staff to have the inside open...then even when you order ahead you have to wait in the... line along with all the people who are ordering. It is very unpredictable and frustrating. I would like my money refunded. Read more
I started going to this Starbucks during COVID, just to get out and get some air during lockdown. I have come to know each of... the team members and cannot say enough good things about them. They have been flawless and always provide a good latte morning,noon, or night. They are always friendly and the staff is educated on their products. They may be difficult to find, but onceyou do you will never be disappointed. And, they love my dog, and never miss an opportunity to say hi. Read more

Beware of making mobile orders at this location. They're typically very fast and my orders have been flawless. But today... September 2022, their lobby is closed. Construction or covid or something, so sat at the drive-thru for 30 minutes to pickupmy pre-made drink. Worth the wait I guess. Read more
Absolutely recommend!!! They always have an amazing staff that brightens your day or night in this case! This is mom who's... always in need of coffee and I have had yet to have any bad experience here. They are phenomenal, sweet, and genuinely friendly.Love this place so much! This store is close to my work, so I have been ordering there often. Usually I don?t like to be the person who asks for... modifications on their drinks. I don?t want to make anybody?s job complicated, but I saw this video of a iced brown sugaroatmilk that I?d love to try. It wasn?t even a lot of modifications, just adding a couple different syrups and cold foam. Thisdrink was by far my favorite drink from Starbucks. I ordered in different stores and didn?t have any issues, it was definitelymy comfort drink. This Tuesday (November 29), after a long day at work I decided to order this drink. I ordered online and wentto pick it up on the estimated time. I could see the store was busy, so I just waited for my drink while I looked at the petpictures in the wall, thinking about how nice my day was about to end. I guess I was completely wrong. I could see when thebarista received my order because she acted soooooo annoyed, rolling her eyes and acting like that was the most inconvenientthing she would have to do. Not satisfied, she started to show off the cup with my order to her coworkers, complaining andsaying ?look at this shit?. I couldn?t believe it. She then decided to put my cup down and work on other?s people orders, whileI just stood there and waited for some good 10 minutes. When she was finally done, she almost threw the cup on the counter. Ileft the store in tears. My drink was so unpleasant and I couldn?t even enjoy it. That?s definitely the last time I?m orderinganything from Starbucks. Not only from this store, but from any. I have my experience ruined, definitely don?t want to come backto a place where I?ll be judge and shamed. Read more
