Rude service. The food was covered in flys, crawling in-and-out of the pastries. I mentioned it to the person and they just... shrugged. What's worse is that someone behind me ordered something and she pulled from the same area. Read more

They never have popular or rather regular menu items in stock, ie. egg bites, biscotti etc. Mostly just the drinks and breakfast... sandwiches. It should be called a limited Starbucks kiosk. Always disappointed, so I won?t be wasting time here. There?s anactual Starbucks not far from here. Read more

Waited 10 minutes for the person infront of me because the reader was not working properly. Finally got to order, 4 other people... already got their drinks and food and still havent got mine been waiting for 22 minutes now finally went to the front and told?MADI? like hey what about my drink. And ?MADI? said, well the frapps takes longer to make so im just getting the line first andsimple orders then ill make yours. I GET IT BUT THE LINE WILL NOT DISAPPEAR MADI and if i havent said anything i wont get mydrink not until 12 noon at this point. I dont know if she?s just new or lazy. After trying to get the baristas attention for a while, I tried to order 4 different items listed on the menu. The barista... stated that they couldn't make any of the drinks I requested, even when asking for a more basic drink like a late or acappuccino. The other barista available did nothing to assist with my order either despite my being the only customer in thestore. Ultimately I left without any coffee. I don't like leaving negative reviews and try to give people the benefit of thedoubt, but I would have been happy to leave with even the most basic beverage if possible, but I couldn't get anything here. I am the regular customer to this Starbucks facility from 2015 and it used to be a pretty good but has fallen apart. The staff... used to be friendly and welcoming. Now staff doesn?t even care about the customers and not welcoming at all. Today they made mewaited for 10 mins due to some technical issue and haven?t even apologized for the delay, seems like they have taken as granted.I have asked some room for cream TWICE in my pike and never received a response from them, not even a nod that they havelistened. The creamer counter is total mess and dirty, I know it is being under remodeling but at least once in a while theyshould clean it. I would give zero stars to this facility and would never visit again. Good effort in loosing a regularcustomer. Read more

This Starbucks adjacent to Harris Teeter used to be a pretty good location, but it has fallen apart. Never been the best... physical space with limited seating, but had friendly and efficient staff. Now staff don't seem to care. Not welcoming. Drinks definitely not made as well. Constantly and regularly out of staple items. It makes no sense. Even if right there, youwould be better off going to a different location. Read more
