Messed up all 3 sandwiches. The chicken bacon ranch didn't even have chicken on it! Ordered all 3 toasted and they were all... soggy and uncooked. Toppings on my kids sub were wrong and she didn't want it. Tried to bring food back around 830 for a refundand they were closed when the site says they close at 10. I double checked my order confirmation to make sure I wasn't crazy andI ordered everything correctly. Should have read the other reviews about the night crew before I went here. Read more

The woman manager was nice and quick with making my sandwich taking their time I feel like people complaining about wait times... don?t want there sandwiches right they want there?s sloppys I say that these sandwiches are made as best as possible also shedid very good considering she's working by herself. Certain staff have issues with customers. The staff need to move on and service all customers and do not speak Spanish in... presence of customers when they were obviously speaking English before. This time I understood and that is not polite, becausesome Americans do speak Spanish. Please work on customer service at the Chapel Hill Blvd staff . Thanks a million!! Read more

The employees was nice until the young lady took my money and didn't have any one dollar bills or any change. They looked... everywhere until another employee went to a store to get change. That's not good. You gotta pay attention! All it takes is asign that says card or correct change only! Could have offered me a drink or a cookie for my wait! Read more

I will no longer go to this subway. The Hispanic females that work there were loud and rude the last times I have been there. I... arrived at 7:15 and they had started to remove the condiments and meats. I felt like they just wanted me out so they couldclose and go home. Subway 2405 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd Three times I have been to this particular Subway. The first two were pretty bad, to say... the least. The lettuce was brown or starting to brown and the mix of vegetables was poorly mixed. (Cucumbers were mixed in withpeppers) Most of the employees had an air of not caring, and too few seemed like they did. There?s the short-haired young guywhose name I don?t know. He?s disrespectful and couldn?t care one bit about his job, much less doing a good one. On my third andfinal visit, he pulled down his face covering and started making my sub. On telling him I wanted someone else to make my sub, heasked whether I was the mask police, and snickered at me. I rarely ever condemn anyone, but that boy is most decidedly not agood employee. He is quite the opposite. I have no hesitation in saying that this Subway needs to rid themselves of their badapples. The few good ones they have are not enough to sustain their image and repute. To better themselves, they have norecourse but to shed their bad employees. You can?t make an omelette without breaking eggs, right? I spoke with one of themanagers on the phone and he asked me to give them one more chance. Alas! That ship has sailed and I couldn?t oblige. I won?t begiving this Subway anymore chances. Maybe I?ll review the situation in six months or a year from now, when they?ve clarified whothey need there and who they don?t. Good luck, management. Read more
