I have nothing to complain about the sandwich, but the reason not accepting coupons is ridiculous, so i am getting coupons from... Subway to my mail box where i have to use them , but when you get there they tell you because of inflation we dont acceptcoupons at this branch!!! so subway should stop sharing these coupons and stop fooling people!!! Staff in this store needs to be trained little more they are doing good, but needs little improvement. the sub which we... orderedand is not prepared well. Not heated and vegetables and meat are not placed as trained person did. And one more thing whycoupons are not accepting in this store. Read more

I've been here a couple times. Really haven't had a bad experience but today I was told that the manager of the store does not... accept coupons. They do accept like if you get a deal by email, because I have a rewards card, I may get an email about having$2 off and at this location they do accept. The lady behind the counter was not mean but when she said that it did shock me. Ileft the store without purchasing anything. So according to subways website the owner can choose to accept or not acceptcoupons. So I just want to give anyone who may go TO THIS LOCATION with coupons that they are NOT accepted. This was undersubways FAQ: I?ve seen advertisements for a particularproduct/promotion/price/coupons. Why didn?t the restaurant I visitedhonor this? We appreciate your excitement over our promotional products and pricing. You?ll see ?at participating restaurants ?somewhere on the advertisement or commercial. Good service, good quality food, nice employees who provide great customer service. They make the subs quickly, efficiently and... they don't skimp on the vegetables and toppings when making a sub, but they also don't overdo it either. Our preferred Subway,we go out of our way to go to this location over the one that is less than a mile away from my house. Read more

The staff were very disrespectful. very uneducated. I had a manufacturing coupon. They didn?t want take it from me. And when I... asked her why you cannot take the coupon she said we do not take coupon. I told her that she can take the Sandwich back I don?twanted. They got very nasty and disrespectful. Let me start with this I drive from close to Southpoint mall area to get a sub from this spot I use to go to the one on close to... 54-55 intersection and I know that this and the other subway are owned by same owner and some other locations as well. So theonly reason I use to drive every week to this subway is that the other subway close 54-55 in food lion parking lot was nasty. SoI have been coming to this one from past 2 year and I come every week. So the issue I notice is every sub they make they reallydon?t want to add vegetables even lettus you can count so if you guys are saying on window you don?t accept coupons which Idon?t care about you should add all veges for good portion since the price is increased I am not saying extra but the rightportion.. then all those Mexican employees work there and I am not American so I am not racist but they are rude no hello no hiand every sub they make just pinch of vegetables again I don?t care about the price. Atleast hire some good employees or trainthem. Again I am a regular customer abut these subways owned by the same owner are going down the drain not there fault but therude unfriendly untrained employees so my suggestion don?t eat at this place not a good place to spend your money if they don?tcare about you! Clearly I ordered curbside. I sat outside for 10 minutes waiting for my order and due to covid I did not want to go inside. I... finally called the store and they said they?re not doing curbside. I guess they couldn?t have the decency to call me and tellme. Instead they let our food get soggy and cold and we?re also a cookie short which I paid for. Will not be returning. Read more
