During my recent visit I was informed that the drive thru window was closed and that I would have to come in and order on the... kiosk. I really don't understand how this location stays open, there is always something going on that results in their notbeing able to serve customers. They should just go ahead and close so a better restaurant can take their place. Read more
Came to this location today after 11:am. Drove around the building to the drive thru. Employees watch us drive around just say... there. We stayed at the drive thru for 5 or 10 minutes. Our order was never take and the employees just sat inside not working.It appears there were some of the employees friends on the inside. Because there was a blue car parked by the other doors. This is the worst Taco Bell in America. The owner needs to shut this place down. I don't see how they make any money, they don't... even sell food the majority of the time. They are never making food. The inside is always closed and they barely take ordersthrough the drive through. They really are just taking up space in that building. I would them rather just take the Taco Bellsign down and turn it into anything else, a thrift shop would be better. Read more
They might as well go out of business because using the excuse of being short staff is not acceptable. If you have a taco... craving and sensation to have it. This is not your location. Pulled up to the drive thru and she said ?it?s a 30 minute wait weshort staff. This is all in one sentence through the speaker box. I said I was here to pick up for door dash she said what?s thename oh we have it but you have to come in. Then I had to wait an additional 15mins only because I accepted the order. I had a late night run here about a week and a half ago and it was alright. They got my order right but they took for freaking... ever. It took like 25 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. It's sad that this location appears to be suffering badly from staffing issues. (Perhaps pay people a living wage and you won't... have these problems...) Used to be my favorite location whenever I wanted something quick. Food was always consistently whatyou'd expect and evenly portioned. The drive-thru staff are always nice and responsive, that's the only reason I can give 2stars. They really do work hard it appears and experience-wise, it's always friendly. Not sure what's going on in the kitchenthough, the last several times my order has been correct but just monumentally phoned in. Totally dried up tortillas that shouldhave been tossed out many days ago, absolute reckless assembly of basically everything. I could understand if they were in arush, but every time I go there's literally nobody dining in and maybe 1 car ahead of me. My burrito today had all of the sourcream at the last bite and was 99.5% rice. I think most of the meat was placed on the wrapper itself, which is honestlyimpressive. Read more
Been to this Taco Bell 3+ times. Every single time they have been staffed, but have said that they are too understaffed to... serve/even take my order despite being on the mic. Why not close? What are they paying their staff for? How could they possiblyturn a profit? Is this the least creative money laundering scheme in the triangle? We may never know.
