We placed an order in the app, which said that you can go to inside to pick up your order once the online tracker said it was... ready. The doors were locked so we waited in the allotted mobile pickup spot in the parking lot for 30 minutes. We called to askif our order was ready after waiting so long only to be told that they are not doing the mobile pick up and are not making yourorder until you arrive at the drive through speaker. There was zero instructions about this for us to know this. We then had togo and wait another 30 minutes in the drive through line to place our order because there was no way for us to cancel it on theapp or online. We asked for a refund but were told they could not grant it since the order was placed on the app. This is notthe fault of the people working there but it is something management severely overlooked. We waited over an hour for food fromhere. We will never be coming back to this Taco Bell location again. Read more
I went here to order a decent sized family meal just to test the previous reviews on wait times. To this store's favor, the... wait time was excellent! No delays or anything. My only complaint was that my grilled cheese burrito (which I've desperatelybeen waiting to make a comeback) could have used a little more care to make it presentable. Such a peculiar location. Every time we get to the drive thru we get the most bizarre responses. Every single time we order a... Baja blast freeze, the cashiers pull us all the way to the pickup window to only to let us know it?s been broken all day. Idon?t think I?ve ever had a Baja blast freeze from that location. One time the cashier said they only have beef. Another timethey said they can only accept exact change or an order on grub hub, because they couldn?t open the register. And the last timewe came there was simply a cone blocking the driveway and the store locked in the middle of the day. Oh the wonderful momentsspent there, definitely memorable! Read more
You?d think when you order a Chicken Quesadilla there?d be some critical components in all of the slices. I spent $30 on a meal... for my family, and HALF of my chicken quesadilla was literally just the shell? no cheese, no chicken, no sauce. Here?s another 1star review to your collection, which it doesn?t seem you all care about. If I can make a suggestion, hire employees that careabout the work they do, because it?s unacceptable to allow your employees to give people less than what they paid for andexpected. Came for breakfast. It was suppose to open at 9 and didn't until past 10am. When asked if they were going to serve breakfast... still the manager responded "no". I understand business are short staffed... however, if Manager can't even accomadate guest orhelp their employees... what's the point of even being an open establishment. I went to this taco bell for lunch around 11am. I tried to walk in but all the doors were locked. So I swung around to the drive... through. Both of the advertised box combos were out so I ended up with the #4 (crunch wrap supreme combo w/ Baja blast) when Igot to the window they let me know that Baja blast was out. I asked for Hot sauce and they said the Hot was out. I waited at thewindow for almost 10 minutes. I got my food with no receipt. My crunch wrap supreme wasn't crunchy and had almost no meat,towards the very end there was a flat golf ball sized portion of meat. They did however not skimp out on napkins and shreddedcheese. Yall got me twice in one week. I ordered a Quesadilla extra chicken and extra cheese. And received a stale barely any meat or... cheese on it. And I had to pay extra. The second time I ordered the same plus a chicken taco, same thing for the quesadilla andI requested no tomatoes on the chicken taco and I got a cold pre-made taco full of tomatoes. The worst taco bell I've ever been too. Their hours that they're open change randomly. The inside is never open. The wait is... long. The food had a weird after taste. The chicken quesadilla was straight up gross. The Mexican pizza tasted like old grease.The steak bowl had barely any meat and was all cheese and lettuce. I'll drive an extra 15 minutes for a better taco bell. Read more
