Very disrespectful staff! My coworker and I went through drive through and asked to do 2 orders since no cars were behind us.... The window lady gave an attitude after we gave her our order. "Pull through the window." With such a sour tone. We got to thewindow and as my coworker was paying, the lady proceeded to mock my coworker [she is Hispanic] and the window lady said. "ONEmore dollar or 1 more peso " my coworker spoke English to them and there were 2 ladies mocking her and proceeding to talk badabout us both in front of us. Very upset with this Wendy's. The food tasted great, everything was prepared properly. Thank you chef staff! I am not satisfied because we were not able to... eat a dine in meal and drive through cashier was rude at the window. We ordered on the mobile app. The app said that dine inwas open so we made plans to enjoy our meal in the restaurant. When we got there the doors were locked and we were forced thoughthe drive through. I understand having the dining room closed however it should have been indicated on the app. When we wentthrough the drive through, the drive through attendant did not have a very good attitude toward us. They were not friendly andmade it seem like it was an inconvenience we were even there. Read more

Sauce Nazis. I get it, you gotta make people pay for sauces, but when I specifically ask for certain ones and they won't even... let me pay for them like I'm told I need to do to get them, what's the point? Not worth it 9 times outta 10 when late at night.In all fairness, most if not all the fast food places in the South Square are just under par in most senses when it comes tocustomer service. I just left this location not to long ago. Usually, I'd wait to write a review, but this couldn't wait. You visit locations not... just for the food but for the service you receive as well. This location had a terrible person working the drive thru window.She seemed to be involved in everything else accept the customer. I waited at the box for close to a minute before ever beinggreeted. I thought they might have been closed on Sunday's for a moment. I was asked for my order. I have it. 10 secondslater... what was your order again? I got to the window and paid for my food. I was given the frosty first. Then was casuallyhanded the bag with the food. It felt like just a toss and go. As soon as my hand was on the bag, she disappeared. I wastrying to ask for ketchup but she was gone. Another worker heard me and I was brought the ketchup. I ordered a kids meal and wasso taken aback by the service that I didn't realize there was no drink and no toy included. I will never return to this locationif this is the type of service they're built on. On another note... the food was hot. So that was a plus. Read more

If I could give less than one star I would , I would love to talk to a manager of this store because the employees are... absolutely terrible. No one has good customer service there are employees standing outside in front of the drive thru smokingcigarettes while there?s a line to hell . I can?t even get my order made correctly . I asked for a Minute Maid berry punch fromthe freestyle machine and got lemonade when I asked about the drink they said ? it?s lemonade what you asked for ? it?supsetting to live right here and have to deal with below sub par employees, if they don?t wanna work in customer service findanother job. The workers are very hostile when you ask them a question, probably because they feel their intelligence is being undermined.... The don?t know how to use the company app. They stop taking in store orders at random and make you go through the drive throughonly or say they?re closed when they ?feel? understaffed. They don?t have a polite manner, very loud, rude, and brash. Only thenew cashier acts with common courtesy and sense although she hasn?t been fully trained yet. When she asks for help from amanager they come ready to argue, meanwhile she just needs help inputting a coupon. Read more

The Staff here are professional and friendly! My food is good and always HOT! The Manager here is a sweet soul too! One day I... drove off and left my debit card she held onto until the next day and I was able to pick it up. Very courteous and professionalat all times! Keep up the AWESOME work! :) Read more
