Great food but service needs improvement. Thru6 had put my order in the window to be put in bags and the clerk was texting on... her cellphone!! When I was a Manager our company had a no cellphone on the sales floor and I enforced it. Had one employee quitover it! Read more
Terrible experience. The light skinned guy with the locs has a disgusting attitude, and I will be reporting it to corporate. I love Zaxby?s, but but this restaurant routinely ruins it. It?s the only one around so I usually ignore the problems but... tonight was the worst service I?ve ever had there. I ordered a 5 piece Fingerz plate with 2 extra Zax Sauces. On top of that Iordered a Zax signature sandwich, JUST the sandwich and I was specific to say that. They proceeded to give me that as a comboand even though they did that didn?t give me a second drink. I also didn?t get the 2 Zax sauces. It is also a Friday and thesign on the door specifically says that they?re open inside until 11pm on Sunday but they closed the inside at 9pm.
