Do yourself a favor and DONT GO HERE! Horrible customer service and place reeked of urine. Took 30 minutes just for some coffee... and some donuts and when I got them they were stale as a rock and my coffee was garnished with a hair in it. Worst establishmentI?ve ever encountered. Read more

This is for the people that denied service for a women buying coffee for a homeless man. Why? Just why? I think you need to... clear the air before you get mauled by social media.. I?m from Nova Scotia.. over 2000 miles away and I felt compelled to saysomething. Never in my life have I heard of such disregard for human life.. I?ve worked fast food all through high school. Weknew our homeless community by name.. smiling and waiting to serve them something hot to keep them going for the day. The thingabout life is we really don?t owe anyone b anything.. but if you can make someone?s day just a bit easier.. why wouldn?t you?That?s customer service, not looking out the windows to ensure certain PEOPLE don?t get service.. I?m sure you can do betterlike make your drive thru actually fast or orders are correct. Not a bunch of nasty Tim Hortons employees judging someone.. wow Read more

They got my entire order wrong, when I did receive my wrap it was significantly smaller than usual, guess they thought no one... would notice. Donut was smashed on the bottom of the bag . And our potato patties weren't even in the bag. Read more

Nothing more irritating, than having to use the Washroom, and not having a square of toilet paper in sight. With the amount of... money that Tim's charge for a coffee, and are unwilling to maintain the washrooms on a regular basis. Good way if losing mybusiness. Read more

Problems began right from the start. First cashier asked us to order each of our promotions from the Tim Hortons App separately.... Once we made our first purchase, the other promotions that were activated on our account did not work. We were then switched toanother cashier who also had problems helping us and told us to simply try calling customer service to get help. This was whilewe were in line, at the restaurant, while other customers were waiting. Finally, a senior staff member came by and told us weprobably had to wait 30 minutes before the app would refresh itself. 30 minutes! Again, while we were in line while a longlineup was forming behind us. Eventually, we were told the first cashier was wrong and we could've ordered everything together.They said they would just give us the promotion for the last item we wanted and bypass the app (something I think could've beendone earlier). The last order came out incorrectly and the rest of our ordered items were cold by the time we were done our 20minute attempt to order something quickly for the road. I blame the app more than the staff, but hopefully the staff at this TimHortons will try to learn more about the app and its features better and avoid giving inaccurate information to customers.
