Sonic is a favorite of mine when I want carnival food instead of a real meal. How anyone can mess up thier food is beyond me.... Prarieville by the interstate is the only location to impress me. Unfortunately, I normally visit the Burbank location and theyhave sucked for years. In fairness I have had good carhops there but they usally quit soon after being hired. Wish Sonic wouldpay them more instead of relying on customer tips. Read more

I ordered food using the mobile App. When i arrived to get my order, they were out of the product i ordered. I was told... initially that it would be refunded. When that didn't happen i contacted cusomer service and they told me that they could notgive me a refund, that all they could offer was a coupon or a free hamburger reward with purchase of another item. I havecontacted them through email and phone, and was told the same thing multiple times. This is unacceptable to not refund me forproduct i did not receive. All i want is a simple refund for the product i did not receive. I will not eat at this place againbecause of the way i have been treated so a coupons are of no use for me. The only resolution to this is a refund for product idid not receive. Read more

Decided to go to our local Sonic today. Ordered chili cheese tots and a Reese?s Sonic Blast, unfortunately once I received the... small $4.00 Sonic Blast, there was a tiny bit of Reese?s sprinkled on the top, when I started mixing it around I noticed barelyanything, all ice cream. I decided to walk up to their little lobby area, since the girl on the speaker was acting like shecouldn?t hear my request. I walked in, and explained to one of the employees my concern and asked if she could add more candy tothe Blasts, as we ordered two, she replied ?Well, there looks like the right amount of candy in each one?, ? I can add more butit will cost extra.? WOW seriously? I said no thanks and walked out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I?ve been in management and youcould clearly see there was barely anything in there. The correct response should?ve been, ? Our apologies, let me go ahead andadd more and have a great day?. At the end of the day I spent four dollars on basically a cup of vanilla ice cream when there isliterally a Dairy Queen less than a half a mile from them. Won?t be going there again. Not cool. Consistent with all the Sonic drive-ins I?ve been to recently. I tend to like their fries better than other fast-food joints. ... Their fries don?t leave me with a weird aftertaste that most others, especially McDonald?s, does. Just wish they had morechoices of beverages ??????????????? Read more

The meat was burnt on the end and the middle was uncooked. It also had a funny smell to it. I can?t believe I waited 30 minutes... for this. I don?t like to complain but it?s my money. How hard is it to make a burger correctly? Read more

The food and service was great The food was hot and was quickly brought out to us. Staff was friendly. The orders were right. We... got extra napkins and various dipping sauces. The only complaint I have is the fact that they had some customer beingloud/annoying while I was trying to enjoy my meal. They didn't even try to tell her to tone it down a tad. It was so obnoxiousand uncalled for but that is not their fault. They cannot control the actions of customers. However they did deliver deliciousfood quickly that was hot. Read more
