This location is terrible. They had nothing in stock tonight... they had no diet root beer, no mayo, no ketcup packs, no onion... rings, nothing.... they were not even apologetic about it. They made my burger wrong and I asked for them to remake it and theywere made at me. I asked for no ketchup because I have an allergy. Ghere was something that looked like ketchup on the bun andthe young guy at the cash tried to argue with me. There was no apology or sympathy when I explained I couldn't eat it due to anallergy. They girl in the back and the most awful look on her face because she didn't want to make another. When I asked if Icould have mayo from the back in a small container, they said they have none. Well a chubby chicken has mayo, so if you have nomayo, what did you put on it? Apparently it's teen sauce and when I asked what was in it, they were so mad. Honestly, don't openyour restaurant if you have no supplies and teach your employees to be respectful and kind. Read more

Hello , I been there at 7:58pm , they were only 2 kids like 14year old ,, they was high I seen from thete eyes and way talk to... each other, but I ignored and ordered but after 4mins kids handed me sandwiche , straight out from fridge breed, and beef ,thats same for A&W Read more

Lazy employees who refuse to even do their job. Won?t go to the back to grab sauce because it?s too much work. Serves old... leftover food from pervious customers to new customers. They take way too long and forgot items from the order. Not worth yourtime, either go to Popeyes or drive another 80 kilometres. Read more

Stopped and picked up breakfast at this location. Will never go back. The girls preparing our food didn't wear gloves, no... hair nets. The girl that gave us our food was absolutely rude. Asked for extra napkins saying please and thanks, she justthrew the bag on the counter. You would think we asked for her first born child!! If you aren't happy at your job lady, thenfind a new one and don't take it out on your customers!! Read more

TERRIBLLLLLEEEE experience. I order a chicken sandwich and asked them to make it fresh, they made my sandwich and left it there... for 10 mins. I waited for almost 25 mins and when asked how long it?ll take, then they started packing the same sandwich thatwas sitting there for atleast 10 mins. I just canceled my order and took the refund. There are other few things they I witnessedand would like to share. The guy who was making another customer?s sandwich touched his nose and pants and then touched hisfood. That customer also saw it, took his money back and took manager?s phone number. The employees were coming from back doorone after another and were blowing smoke inside in the food area. One of the employee was roaming with broom on his shoulder inthe area where they prepare the food. Worst customer service, very unprofessional employees. And lastly, they didn?t evenbothered to apologize to me and the other customer for wasting our time. Read more

Stopped at the rest stop for some food and the staff was miserable and they took and prepared one order at a time.
