Ordered online, order came out wrong. Told manager she said not my problem we made what the order said. No refund Because they... made what was on order. I said we picked out 5 toppings and that was the tuesday deal. So had to deal with manager to receivewhat we ordered. They remade pizza but I feel this should of happened from the start not a twenty minute back and fourth verbalargument with manager. I hope owner's discuss this with manager to make her understand that computer on line orders still gowrong and customer shouldn't have to fight about it. The new manager is a disappointment. She was very rude and does not at all fit in with the friendliness of Duvall. After there... was a problem (actually two) with our order, she had no interest in correcting it and hung up on me because she said she wasbusy. Read more

Store hours are till 7pm I called the first time at 5:45pm with no answer. Called back at 5:50pm with an answer. Before I could... say anything the lady (Lynn) on the other end said, "Can you be here before 7pm?". "Sure, no prob", I said. "Well then I guessyou can order." So rude! When I got there (@ 6:05pm) they were already trying to put away food and sweep the floor. Iunderstand wanting to get off of work on time but all of this was very unnecessary and uncalled for. Pizza okay, server rude and obnoxious. Yell at me for checking if my online order was ready. I asked for the status and she... still yelled at me. WAIT OUTSIDE, ONLY 4 IN THE STORE. My order was next... so she said, several people in and out. Talked tofriends picking up their order, mine should have been done 1/2 before theirs. Took me another 20 minutes.
