Slow service. Waited at the window for 3 minutes after paying for just a medium hot regular coffee. The lady at the window was... just standing there doing absolutely nothing until she realized my coffee was sitting there waiting to be filled. Finally afterabout 3 minutes of standing there by the window she realized my coffee was sitting right there and filled it and gave it to me. Read more

Seriously? Pulled up at the drive thru at 6:48 and asked for a medium hot decaf and was told they don't have decaf for the rest... of the night. I understand you close at 7 but you ARE a coffee shop. Read more
