Ordered a steak burrito bowl and burrito with extra meat. Got to my destination and my friend was upset cause the lettuce was... wiltered and the sour cream gave off a bad odor. We both tasted it and you already know what was next. Drove back to get itredone, I guess the manager was trying to defend the product letting me know about the inspection and etc. I understand she mayof had a long day. But I'm the paying customer at the end of the day. I have an expectation to be met especially if i drove backto the facility and the food was never devoured. After she gave her input, without hesitation I politely just asked for arefund. No point to be proven. Just provide the service that's needed. Hopefully it will be a better experience for the nextcustomer. 1 bad batch of food won't ruin my next experience for another location. I hate this location reviews are below a 4.0. Read more

Jess was mean, prejudice and rude. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I was doing walking Tacos for my team... at work and just wanted a bowl of chicken and pork. He accused me of trying to sale the meat wholesale and refused to give me aprice when I asked him several times how much would a bowl of just the meat cost. Another worker handed me a catering menu, butit doesn't have the prices on it. I attempted to scan QR code in for catering and the system was down. His tones werecondescending and smart Alec & got very bold when I said never mind, I'll call corporate and tried to hand me a card. I willnever go in there ever again. He's a terrible person and worker and is very disrespectful to the customers. He should be fired.I simply asked him to fill the bowl and tell me the price. Read more

Consistently messes up my order. This time I found what seems like a caterpillar or fly larvae in my food. Never again.

The people that work here are very nice and helpful. The building is always pretty clean inside and out. Of course the food is... on point and fresh. There is additional parking in the rear of the building. Only complaint is that the inside can feelcramped when it's busier. Especially when there are a lot of pick ups. I've been sitting there before with 5 different DoorDash/Uber eats drivers hovering over my table waiting for food. Read more

Was a solo order. Had my bowl assembled then told to wait so the lady could put the bowls behind me together. She did not want... to be there was rude and let my food get cold so she could help who was behind me. I will never spend my money at thisestablishment!!! The server was rude..I asked for chicken bowel and was charged for something else...I guess because I was not white I had to... purchase a large drink which I can't finish..only to see others leave with a medium. Ugh!...no problem ???? I will gladly not gothere anymore. So irritating to have someone use their personal views expressed in the roles/ jobs they chose. I like all peopleand will continue to just be nice...it costs nothing. Read more

I asked for extra lime juice and salt on the large order of chips, but was given an attitude and a less than half empty bag of... chips with a cup of salt tossed in. They're constantly rude, always messing up my orders, I'm done. This location is garbage. Read more

I picked my order up in the Chipotlane and after waiting in line for 5 minutes for my turn, I get to the window, tell the girl... my name and she asks me to pull around. So I said oh to the front door? To which she replied no, get back in line again.Dumbfounded, and against my better judgment I did. Now I wait my turn yet again. When I get to the window she asks the name formy order again like she didn?t just see me 5 minutes ago and asked me to get back in line. I tell her my name yet again and shesays oh they are just wrapping up your order it should be right out. Meanwhile I can hear them discussing my order about thefood is right there was just a mix up in labels. After about another 5 minutes of waiting she finally hands me my food. Noapology. Nothing. I drove the remaining 20 minutes to my home just to find that yes. They did in fact mess up my order. Now Ihave to drive 20 minutes BACK to the store to get it corrected. I go to the store to get my order fixed and the food isterrible. The steak is burnt to a crisp, has no flavor, beyond rubbery, and I found an entire bay leaf in my taco. Read more
