It was very good. Butter pecan with pecans mixed in... strawberry with strawberries mixed in. Was a great combination...
The service was excellent and very nice but they give me old/ stale waffle cup.
Went to Dyer location the day before Easter. The lady behind the counter offered the quart size of pre made Cake Batter Batter... ice cream in the freezer instead of paying for 2 Gotta Have It?s so we did that. Paid almost $15. Got home and realized therewere no mix ins. Just plain ice cream. I called right away and they asked me to bring it back but we live in north Highland,almost 25 minutes away. So she said she would have her manager call me on Monday after the Easter holiday. The manager calledMonday and asked for photos of the ice cream which I provided but since it was close to the bottom of the container (as we hadcontinued eating it) and made at the factory and not her store, she would not refund or replace. I will never go back to this location. Ordered 4 different ice creams online for pick up. Got a birthday cake remix for my... daughter, got it home and its just vanilla ice cream with sprinkles, ordered two peanut butter pretzel times and only had icecream and pretzels. I went to Coldstone Creamery in Dyer, Ind. on Lincoln Highway ( Rt. 30 ) today. I am a rewards member and received my yearly... email Birthday coupon to receive a free ice cream cup of equal value to my purchase. After making my choice of GOTTA HAVE ITsize, I put my phone number into their system and my birthday coupon didn't appear. But I had the email coupon ready to showthe clerk and manager. They would not honor my coupon, but asked if I was going to pay for the ice cream because if not, Iwould be banned from the store. Therefore, I did not receive or purchase the ice cream, but left the store. I did contacttheir corporate office, because they needed to know. Read more
