lately every matcha latte from them has been 90% cream and somehow the cream always tastes spoiled. no longer going there
I've been living up the street from this Dunkin for 7 years and it has gotten consistently worse over the past year or so. Hash... browns always dry and overcooked and the coffee is watered down(I only order hash browns and iced coffee). I hate that I have totravel further, but I refuse to waste anymore money at the Dyer location. Read more

Never get my order right. It's like they serve you what they want not what you ask for. My breakfast sandwiches are always... burned and the bagel is always rock hard. I ordered a latte and they gave me a watered down coffee. Read more
The last month or so has been horrible. The line doesnt move like it used to. You lost all your good workers. The girl with the... red hair and tattoos is always on her phone in the window while we are waiting to give her payment.
