Well usually I get my coffee made with the cream and sugars but it's been a hit or miss with it and especially with the prices... going up every were you want your coffee to be good. So lately I been getting it black with cream and sugar on the side and itsbeen to my tasting so I'm be doing the same from now on and the only thing I notice it that the donuts are getting smaller.. DD advertised National Coffee and the website states that a medium coffee with any purchase would be free to all members. I... ordered a medium hot coffee and 2 glazed donuts. Cost $6.17 Then manager was rude and told me to call corporate if I had aproblem with not getting the coffee free. Very poor customer service to a daily LOYAL customer. Read more
Today the date of 9/24/2022 ...my review of this particular store is I've had bad experiences in here with the women...today I... see that there is a young lady that is new to the team as cashier and she didn't know how to make a mocha blast...all I wantedor ask was for a manager for the sake of making the blast right...wen they get a person to do it she has a completeattitude...takes the blast to the counter and hisses as she walks away....Id like to think that I'm a fair man and as a customerI deserve gud if not but great service...this is the 3rd time that I've gotten attitudes in this particular store ...at thispoint I think someone should or maybe corporate should step in and teach some customers service. Usually the service here is great but today my hashbrowns were burnt and not very good. One was completely inedible. Hoping... they'll be better next time. My Boston cream donut was good and the pumpkin iced coffee is great as usual . Read more
I've never had a less than perfect interaction with this location. The bearded man that was working the window 8/12/22 around... 7a.m. is there often and he's often the nicest person I interact with in a day. I literally will drive 10+ minutes out of my wayjust to come here. There is not a faster, or nicer Dunkin in the area. Read more
We come here at least once a week for donuts, and we're never disappointed with what they have in stock, and the drive-thru line... moves quickly. If we've had an issue, we email the store and the manager is very quick to make reparations (not receiving thecorrect number of munchkins for example). We came today for some ice cream, and the portion for the waffle cone far exceeded myexpectations, I couldn't finish it. It was delicious though. The staff is always friendly and offers quick service withoutmaking you feel like they're rushing you out the door. Read more
It is twice now in one week, including today, that I ordered my coffee with caramel swirl and they did not give me caramel... swirl. How hard it is to get a coffee right? Apparently for the girls at this Dunkin Donuts, it is pretty difficult. Last week Itold the girl decaf twice and she still gave me regular coffee. Thankfully I double checked and she remade it (but it had nocaramel swirl. She couldn't get it right no matter what). I have a heart condition and cannot handle very well the amount ofcaffiene in a regular but can handle the amount in a decaf. Sometimes getting an order right really matters. They should tryharder. I used to love coming here but over the years the customer service has really gone down and same with the products given out. I... had been coming here every Thursday since August and 9/10 times my order is completely messed up and when brought up to theworkers I get a load of attitude and disrespect. And when you do bring up an issue they go to "fix it" and talk rudely loudlybehind your back. And when you get it back it is just as messed up as the first item you have received. Read more
