I have had their pizza before and it was good but the last two times I went I walked out because no one waited on me. The last... time was more than a year ago and I don't fully recall the details but last week when I was there no one waited on us. One guytried to serve us someone else's food. When we told him it wasn't ours he pointed at a different man and said "He'll take careof you." That guy looked at us and walked away. Very dirty menu on counter was disgusting. Not only was it dirty they apparently stopped making many items and crossed them off... in an unprofessional manner. The heavier set lady with glasses offers unfriendly service. Offered no apologies nor help inchoosing another item. We only ate here because my daughter had a gymnastics class at Midwest. We have a tradition of eating at Mama D's pizza while we are home visiting family. This time their dining room was closed for... remodeling, and an employee recommended Pascals as an alternative. The pizza was delicious and the service was spot on. Unfortunately, the Italian beef was dry and cold. The beef had a good flavor, but the sandwich lacked juice. Overall, it wasa good meal and good service in a family atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Read more
