I have had their pizza before and it was good but the last two times I went I walked out because no one waited on me. The last... time was more than a year ago and I don't fully recall the details but last week when I was there no one waited on us. One guytried to serve us someone else's food. When we told him it wasn't ours he pointed at a different man and said "He'll take careof you." That guy looked at us and walked away. Very dirty menu on counter was disgusting. Not only was it dirty they apparently stopped making many items and crossed them off... in an unprofessional manner. The heavier set lady with glasses offers unfriendly service. Offered no apologies nor help inchoosing another item. We only ate here because my daughter had a gymnastics class at Midwest. But do not let the convenience ofthis place convince you to try it out. I will NOT return! Read more
We have a tradition of eating at Mama D's pizza while we are home visiting family. This time their dining room was closed for... remodeling, and an employee recommended Pascals as an alternative. The pizza was delicious and the service was spot on. Unfortunately, the Italian beef was dry and cold. The beef had a good flavor, but the sandwich lacked juice. Overall, it wasa good meal and good service in a family atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Read more
Pizza is good, but the Buffett sucks, same awfull recipes for past 6 -10 years, cheap tasting corn, chicken breast has no flavor... and always dry, I'm sick of giving thier Buffett a chance. I need to stop going thier. Thier never going to improve. But thierhome made cake for dessert is the only thing that really taste good. Read more
Server was nice. Food was Horrible..Nasty, Gross..Shrimp scampi was watered down sweet like it had soy sauce in it. The shrimp... was WAY over cooked. Gagged when I tasted it.I love Shrimp scampi, but this was no where close to tasting like any scampi I hadever had..Replaced it with a italian beef sandwhich which was dry slices of roast beef straight from the package from GFS fromBiggest waste of $30 we have had in a long time...Ive been sick since I got home. Delivery - Decent food, but miserable service. My deep dish pizza (which by the way is more of a pan pizza than actual Chicago... style deep dish) took 90 minutes to get here. After an hour and twenty minutes, I called, wondering where it was. I was told thedriver left shortly. No apology whatsoever for taking so long. Pizza arrived cold and uncut! Read more
They never answer the phone. Drove there today and "our pizza oven is broken." Never again.
