I picked up a $35 carryout lunch order from pops on Saturday 12/3/22 and I didn't get my beef sandwich and shake and I was... charged for it. I had no time to go back that day So the guy on the phone said he was in the process of fixing the shake machinehe was sorry and to come ask for Robbie when I could come back and he would throw in two fries and replace my sandwich for theinconvenience. He said he'd write down my information and get my order replaced no problem I asked if he needed a receipt numberand he said NO. Today 12/6/22 I go it to receive my sandwich and shake along with two order of fries the gentlemen promised meand they said they would replace my shake but not the sandwich and fries. They looked at me like I was a liar and have nothingelse better to do in my life besides scam a shake and beef sandwich so here's your review. Keep the order and we won't beordering carryout from Pops again. We order weekly by the way and we are a local establishment right down the street from you.We'll remember this when you need things in the future as well. On Nov 8th 2022 I went to Pops and tried their New Jumbo Dog. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! The Jumbo Dog was served Chicago Style and... instead of being boiled it was GRILLED. The cook was asking me if I liked it I said I LOVED it. Thank You for a wonderful meal. Read more

The worst tuna sandwich ever with 3 ends (butts) of the lettuce on top. I can't say how bad it was when I opened the tuna and... found 3 not one or two but 3 ends on top of my sandwich. How savage can you be when I ordered 6 beef, 5 french fries and onetuna sandwich and to make it not even edible. Really? Went here & ordered fried zucchini & mushrooms. There were 3 cars in front of me. Waited 17 minutes then get home and had the... wrong order which was a gyro & I don't eat meat. Called & the girl was rude about it wanting me to drive back that night. Toldher it will be another day. Did go back another day since she took my name to credit for it. The young kid working was reallynice about it and got it right. It's happened before & shouldn't be that hard to double check orders. Read more
