This place is garbage. I tried to call in a phone order and they had me on hold for 20 minutes. I got my car and drove here... while I was on hold. When I arrived the immediately asked me what I would like to order the store was empty employees weretalking to each other. I told them about me waiting on the phone and the lady behind the counter says do you want to order ornot sir. I still had her on my phone I never hung up I asked her to answer her phone line when she answered and said thank you Ican take your order I picked up my phone I said no thank you you made me wait 20 minutes and there's nobody in your store I willnot return. My family loves this place. The food is good, and you get a lot for what you order. Large burritos. Even the burrito bowl is a... FULL container (one of those black rectangular ones)! I was eating that with chips like nachos, it would take me 4 days tofinish. Read more
The food was absolutely amazing, it's very expensive but I thought it was worth it. The service sucked only because they were... super busy. The woman behind the counter was very friendly. If they dress the place up enough and actually put some comfortableseating in there the food would be worthy a dining out spot. Read more
Sad sad sad as of when and why is it $15 for an Enchilada dinner! I will not be ordering from them anytime soon. I dislike... restaurants who raise their prices insanely high. I believe prior to Covid, this meal was more around $10. The food is prettygood, but who has that kind of money these days? Delicious. Will be back. House: Several tables were un-bussed. May be a short staff issue but definitely needed a wipe down in... several places. C+ Service: Service was fast. Walked up, ordered, got food. No hassel. A Food: I had a 3 taco combo. I gotsteak as they wouldn't allow different meats per taco in the combo. I will say this places food is a solid 7/10 . And I am picky ! But the service is horrible. I?ve came twice and the cashier... Erika is a complete C*** and unprofessional. Her obnoxious laugh is such a distraction and she?s extremely rude . I?m not sureif it?s the Fupa or the double chin that makes her so mean but either way she?s extremely unapproachable, And I?ve avoided thisplace just so I don?t get into it with her . But the cooks have always been nice and the food is good just gotta get past thecashier. Read more
Good food, ate here twice. Tried the sopes pastor platter, good but needed more pineapple added when meat is cooked. Refried... beans also needed to be better seasoned. Good amount of food for price. Second time tried their tostada platter, very good andbetter if the two dishes. Will definitely eat here again, good food and nice sized portions. Read more
This is very difficult for me to write, because I have been going here for well over 10 years. I went there (when I was still... married) with my husband and son originally. We went here for anniversaries and celebrations, went here to get takeout after arough day, and while I was pregnant with my daughter, we went here because I had MASSIVE cravings for authentic Mexican food! On the weekend, they would have a dozen tamales cooked and packaged for a REALLY great price, so good that we would get 2 dozenchicken tamales each time (sooo delicious) at least a few times a month, AND that fed us for a few days each time! My husbandwas the only one working (I was a stay at home mom), but he was only making $10 an hour which was rough, but it FED us here! And I ALWAYS got the chicken enchilada dinner WITH sliced avocado and guacamole with extra rice, my son and daughter always gotthe taco dinners and my husband got the steak burrito with extra sour cream, chips and salsa. We always got the delicious icecream bars and horchata (rice water) for all 4 of us, for a little over $30, which was GREAT, but this was all pre-Covid. I wasshocked to see the prices so high that it was OVER $30 for 2 people! 2 dinners and 2 drinks. No chips, no salsa, no avocado,no ice cream, just the 2 dinners and 2 drinks, for over $30. When I went with my husband, son and daughter, to feed all FOUR ofus, it cost $30. Please don't misunderstand me, the food is PERFECT, just expect to pay a lot of money for a meal without theextras.
