On 11-1-2022 at 5:30pm, a party of four was seated at the Dyer Indiana location. We ordered drinks, margaritas on Tuesday $5:00.... When drinks were brought to table, one margarita drink was half full. We told waitress about the half full grass margarita. Shesaid when you order light on ice drink that's what is the amount of the drink. A half full drink. I had never heard of such athing. So I ask to speak to a manager. Manager agreed that is correct. We cancelled our food order and paid for drinks and left.We will not return to that place ever again. Do not recommend although in the past we had enjoyed dinning at that locationbefore. But will not return. This location do not value customer satisfaction or former customers. Not recommended. Read more

The table bread and butter alone are worth the trip! As soon as I took my first bite, I was hooked. For those on a budget, the... amount of food you receive is worth the price. The blooming blossom is decent, but you need a bigger group to enjoy it. Ittastes similar to an onion ring with less salt and flavor. For sides, I would recommend, the mash potatoes with gravy. It has athick and homemade texture. If you want to order salads, I recommend the Caser salads over the House Salad. The Chicken Crittersare good, but the buttermilk batter is salty. The smothered chicken is a decent dish. The Herb Chicken is exceptionally gooddish it is light and refreshing. If you enjoy lemon taste you will like this dish. I will be returning! Read more

Waited about 45 minutes to get a table, which was the estimated time they gave us. We both loved the food, the rolls, blooming... onion and the steak! Well worth it! Read more

We went for my husband 70th birthday celebration, we reserved early, but it didn't make a difference, we waited for about 45... minutes, and when my daughter went to check and one of the hostesses wasn't very nice. I didn't like it that the waitressdidn't tell us that the kitchen was closing early. I wanted to get my husband some dessert, and she didn't even ask us if wewanted dessert. I love Texas Roadhouse, I hope when I go back, the hostesses have a better attitude. Read more

Thankful for Alexa(server w/short blonde bob) for turning my afternoon around. After waiting and hour and seven mins to be... seated. Came here for dinner for my mothers 61st bday. We asked if there was a way to switch tables because one of my familymembers had a recent stomach surgery & the booths are very uncomfortable for him. Alexa was kind and asked her supervisor Erincould she close 2 tables and take us in the northern part of the restaurant where her seating area was at & Erin flat out saidno. She had no compassion at all about the situation. After verifying we waited over an hour and also the restaurant wasn’tbusy with empty sections . She offered my family member a seat we’re here felt uncomfortable the entire time he ate . Pleasesomeone teach ERIN customer service training & that we make accommodations for paying customers when the restaurant isn’t busy!!! Alexa needs a promotion… she was very sweet & calm about the situation. Was very understanding !! Read more

Burned the hell out of my steak Kitchen manager offered to refund me for the inconvenience, but I denied since I ate my sides... and took 2 bites. The waitress was great and she did a great job with drinks and checking on us. That's the only reason I'mgiving 2 stars. Looks like they were pressing the hell out of the steak Read more
