Totally misleading advertising online. I came in for one of the National Cheeseburger Day combos and was told it wasn't offered... here even though I had the app open and active with the location displayed at the top of the page. Either way I had my heart seton a Quesadilla Burger so that's what I ordered at full price. The flavor was a slight explosion of just the right spicy andcool in the sauce and the fries were hot and not overly greasy. Not as worth the 50 minute drive as I thought it would be. Read more

The ONLY thing good about our dinner here tonight was the cheese sticks and the waiter was polite, attentive and helpful. The 2... or 3 managers stood outside smoking and talking almost our whole visit. Our table was dirty and sticky with visible food stuckto it. I ordered a mixed drink which took 30min to even get cause she was outside smoking too. We ordered chips and spinach dip-took 20min to get, the plate was dirty with old melted cheese, chips were stale and very hard and there was barely any spinachdip (see pics). Asked the waiter if we could get cheese sticks instead, he had to check with a manager and since they were alloutside he had to go out to check with them. He came back and said they would allow the exchange and he already got the orderin. When he brought that plate, it was dirty as well. Finally our food came..... the plates were nice and hot..... thefood....... the food was luke warm ???? the broccoli was near raw. My fries tasted reheated from earlier. My husband's chickenwas so salty he left half of it on his plate. My mixed drink finally came and wasn't what I ordered and I'm pretty sure itdidn't even have any alcohol in it. Dyersburg TN location. The food was good and the waitress was great. The reason for 2 stars is they have a new policy that... ONLY 12 years and younger can order from the children's menu. I have a 22 year old special needs daughter. She wanted a corndog from the child's menu and they refused to let her have it due to being an adult. She always orders from the child's menuand it has never been an issue. Do better Applebees. Read more
This place is insanely lousy. Customer service is the absolute worst. I ordered food via door dash. An item was missing. I... spoke with the delivery person and they directed me to speak to the manager at the restaurant, Danny. This guy was the mostdisrespectful, arrogant liar I've spoken too. He claims to have placed the missing item in my bag himself, even tho it wasn'tthere. After much drama, we contacted Door dash. They were willing to refund the money but had to get merchant information thatDanny didn't want to share. He hung up in our faces. His attitude was malignant and unprofessional. Always complain that they are understaffed. Always miss something on your order. Drinks take forever to get out to you. Staff... there is not very attentive. Manager never came out to speak to a woman either who had a customer complaint, Instead offered toremake her order even though she had been waiting there forever. Several customers around us also had complaints also. Foodquality depends on which cook is working also. Good luck with your experience. Either management needs to be changed or therestaurant should be shut down til they figure things out. Read more
I love Applebees but this trip I wish I hadn?t even gone. They were not busy at all, a lot of employees standing around and... waited forever for drinks. When they delivered our appetizer it was on a dirty plate! Pictures below, the food was ok but notlike Applebees anywhere else. Paid way too much for the food that wasn?t the best. I would say pass this place up and gosomewhere else. My SECOND waitress was helpful and friendly but the rest of the employees just standing around goofing off.Wasn?t the best experience and don?t think I?ll be giving this place another chance. This was the absolute worst dining experience. Do not order bar drinks. Takes forever and then they were awful. We told our... waiter right away. And he basically told us that is just how it is, that lots of people complain about the drinks. Ummm ok. Wetried a couple more sips thinking maybe it gets better. No. They were awful. Finally flagged down our waiter and asked for themto be taken away they were horrible and replaced with a water and sweet tea. We were told they couldn't take the drinks off thetab because we didn't tell them sooner. When we told our waiter Nicholas immediately they were no good. We were told to bad. Okfine we will pay for the horrible drinks. Then we got things we did not order brought to our table when the manager was standingthere. He said oh just try it, its really good. I said we didn't order them we dont want them. And still got charged for theitem. Oh but thanks for taking $3 off our $90 ticket. This establishment was just awful.
