Drive through cannot seem to get your order right ever. Dining room is constantly closed . Somedays the food is good but most... days the chicken is stringy and over cooked while the French fries are I've cold. Read more
I have never tried jacks so I pulled in the drive thru with my wife. They are not busy at all only one car in drive thru seeing... just that was a big mistake. Look at McDonald's and chick fil a always serving customers. I asked for two combos the managertold me to hold on rudely . So I waited a minute I heard him talk through the microphone and I said are you ready? He rudelyreplied hold on I'm talking with an employee . I don't care who you are talking to you got on the microphone and said welcome tojacks. Be ready to take my order you only had one other car in drive through and no customers inside!!! Great place to go when all the other places have long lines. Seriously though, what is this place? It's trying to be all the... fast food restaurants combined but doesn't succeed with any of them. No identity with the food. And the fries are as generic asthey come. Read more
Good front counter service in a clean, organized dining area. Even with a full house, they really worked efficiently to serve... up a few smiles today. Big Bacon was cooked and assembled well and paired with fries that were a crisp golden delight. Read more
