I have never tried jacks so I pulled in the drive thru with my wife. They are not busy at all only one car in drive thru seeing... just that was a big mistake. Look at McDonald's and chick fil a always serving customers. I asked for two combos the managertold me to hold on rudely . So I waited a minute I heard him talk through the microphone and I said are you ready? He rudelyreplied hold on I'm talking with an employee . I don't care who you are talking to you got on the microphone and said welcome tojacks. Be ready to take my order you only had one other car in drive through and no customers inside!!! Great place to go when all the other places have long lines. Seriously though, what is this place? It's trying to be all the... fast food restaurants combined but doesn't succeed with any of them. No identity with the food. And the fries are as generic asthey come. Read more

Slow service. This place is very hit or miss I went through the drive through got my food and was told to pull around for a... milkshake I had ordered. Waited about 15 minutes for a milkshake until they realized I was still waiting outside? they could atleast have put a proper lid on the cup it was all sticky on the outside. Pro's: Good price Pleasant staff Clean & new restaurant Cons: Food is lukewarm (at best) 30+ minute wait time (Dine in/take... out/drive thru) Staff has zero hustle to get food made and out in a reasonable time Overall if you have an hour to an hour anda half to kill it's worth it. Otherwise drive down the street to Dairy Queen or another restaurant because it's not worth thewait. Read more
Service is terrible. You already know that the drive thru is gonna be jacked up when they have someone standing outside handing... out what they've screwed up. They mess up your order and act as if it's your fault that they messed up. Read more
