Great food , cheap prices, very clean and good service. We were from out of town and saw reviews. We have kids so we're always... checking the menu for kid food. No pizza there which is usually a staple but they had mac and cheese and chicken fingers whichmy kids really liked. Definitely try this place we go to alot of mex joints and this one fit the bill! The food was good but the issue I had is me and my girl ordered fajitas and molcajete those are meals that come to the table... with bowl and skillet still sizzling which wasn't the case it was still somewhat warm. All my time ordering those meals otherplace you can't even touch the bowl and skillet I was able to pick them up with my bare hands Read more
This restaurant is a hidden delight. Clean and organized with a great staff, Los Portales was enjoyable. The food was very good... and tasty. The menu has an incredible selection from which to experiment. Our waiter was one of the best that we haveexperienced. Read more
I come in town couple of times a year, first time at Los Portales food was good but the magaritas were not and I paid for a... jumbo top shelf with patron it was not top shelf but tasted watered down and like a basic magarita ( when I say disappointed????) and because the manager prides himself on his magaritas not only did he not offer to make me another, nor did he comp mehe actually called me an alcoholic jokingly, I prefer to visit establishments with better customer service and attempts to makecustomers feel that they are valued.
