This is probably the rudest McDonald's I've been to, and that's saying something. The kid at the counter didn't greet me and... literally was horse playing with other employees while taking my order, which he got wrong and was awkward the entire time. Thenwhen my food was at the counter, a woman asked my order number and after I gave it, and I asked where I get my drinks becausemost McDonalds give you cups. She snapped rudely at me that she said they were coming, which I did not hear her say. The otheremployees made it loud in there, she was soft spoken, and I have hearing loss. I informed the manager of how rude his employeeswere and he didn't say a word back to me. He literally stood there like "And?". To to it all off, they didn't even give my nieceand nephew their Happy Meal toys. This circus is a joke. The only reason we came here is because we were in town visiting familyfrom out of state. If this is how people from Dyersburg treat people, I can't get home soon enough. Read more
are McDonald's is in need of some work when it comes to staffing. if you go there during any of their peak hours, be prepared to... be there at least 30 to 45 minutes. even then, your order is either wrong or missing something. there are several ladies thatare currently employed there that have on more than one occasion left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I swore I wouldn't goback. but let's be honest. who in the world with kids is never going back to mcdonald's? I just tried to go now when they're notworking. the amount of time that it takes for them to get orders ready has gotten to the point of ridiculousness. if I have towait 45 minutes to get a large fry and a regular m&m McFlurry then I'd better not get an attitude from one of the employees whenI get up to the window. especially if my fries are cold and my McFlurry is only half full. if you're only going to make aMcFlurry half full, bring back the snack size then. thank you and good night! It was a horrible 45 min wait because the rude workers there don't want to take time to acknowledge the customers waiting there.... Then there was missfoid for 3 other people there n they had an attitude about having to fix their order correctly. The worstMcDonald's around the area. The ladies there lately are very rude. Pros: -Somewhat cheap/ reasonably priced -Food is good for a McDonald's -Somewhat fast -Clean -Plenty of parking -Good... Location Cons: -Orders are constantly messed up or have items forgotten -You will either get an excellent employee or a veryrude employee...there is no in-between. -The company is constantly removing favorite menu items so it is uncertain if what youare going there for will be served. This place ALWAYS gets our order wrong. We ask for unsweetened tea we get sweet. We ask for 2 breakfast sandwiches We get 1. We... drive 18 miles to get our order messed up. Someone needs to get it together. This has happened at least 10 times. Frustrating,it comes out right on the screen but gets screwed up on the order. Ba da da da da NOT LOVING IT! Read more

I travel several states living out of hotels. This was a most rude and shocking experience with slow service, cursing employees... and cold food. This was the second place I went to in this town with the same rude staff. I Should have asked for refund andcooked a steak in the hotel parking lot with the traveling construction crew. Read more
